Our Salt Creek District 48 administrative team will be watching the upcoming weather closely to decide if we need to move recess and outdoor activities indoors due to the upcoming heat. Please remember to send students with water bottles and have them dress in layers as it can get cold indoors with our air conditioning. Introducing THE SMILE SQUAD! Salt Creek District 48 is teaming up with the DuPage Health Department Dental Program to offer FREE dental exams to ALL students. The Smile Squad is coming to Salt Creek Primary on Wednesday, May 22nd! The Smile Squad is a fully equipped dental truck that provides free dental services to students, including a cleaning and sealants for those who qualify. If your child participates, the Smile Squad will provide proof of an exam that meets the Illinois State school requirements. If you are interested in your child participating, please email dolsen@saltcreek48.org or call the office and request a consent form be sent home with your child. Consent forms are due by: Monday, May 13th.
