Many students wanted to know more information about a huge packing event Feed My Starving Children is doing this weekend. It is a great family activity and way to give back. If interested, here is the info: http://bit.ly/FMSCSchaumburg Have a great break!

Our 7th & 8th graders did amazing work today while volunteering for Feed My Starving Children. They packed enough meals to feed 94 children in Haiti for a whole year. We can’t wait to take our 5th & 6th graders on Thursday.

Good evening parents/guardians of Albright Middle School, Starting November 18th through December 5th, we will be collecting and raising money for our annual Adopt-A-Family. If you didn’t know, Adopt-A-Family is a fundraiser where our school supports a family in need during the holiday season. Where the family struggles to celebrate Christmas, we cheerfully provide it. Every morning, during first hour, homeroom teachers will collect the money and turn it into the Student Council. This year our goal is a whopping $2600; approximately 13 dollars per student. In addition, as a “thank you” from us, the class that raises the most money will receive an ice cream party. Last year we exceeded our goal and we can't wait to do it again! Sincerely, The Student Council By Natalie Rossi, President

7th & 8th grade parents, please check your email. I sent something to those parents of students who have not turned in a permission slip for our field trip on Tuesday. We are very excited about this trip and don’t want anyone left out. They are due tomorrow. If you did not get an email, that means we have yours. Thanks for your help! - Ms. Aulisa
